A Full Professor of Corporate Law, his practice focuses on civil and corporate law matters.
He advises clients on strategic transactional matters, with particular emphasis on contract law and domestic and cross-border M&A, as well as on litigation, drawing on many years of experience in the management of complex civil, corporate and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, acting as counsel, arbitrator and chair of arbitral tribunals in Italy and abroad.
He has served on the boards of a number of listed and privately held companies and is the author of numerous publications and monographs on corporate law.
