We assist clients from incorporation – through the drafting of bylaws and shareholders’ agreements – to the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, and throughout the fundraising process, including the negotiation of term sheets and investment agreements, from seed stage through successive venture financing rounds, up to exit transactions, including through the implementation of incentive plans.
