Full Professor of corporate law, he currently teaches at the University of Milan Bicocca.

His practice mainly encompasses the fields of business and corporate law, both in strategic consultancy and transactional matters, with particular focus on contracts law and domestic and cross-border M&A. He is also active in court, where, for many years, he has been providing his expertise in the management of complex corporate and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in national and international arbitration proceedings, as attorney as well as arbitrator and chairman of arbitration panels, in Italy and abroad.

He has been holding corporate positions in various listed and unlisted companies and is the author of numerous publications and monographs on corporate law.
