Admitted to the Milan and New York Bars, she advises on corporate law matters, with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and other complex corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance and commercial agreements. She also advises clients on a broad range of civil and corporate disputes.
From 2007 to 2012, she was a corporate associate in the M&A department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where she advised corporations and private equity firms on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, and assisted corporate bodies on fiduciary duty matters. She previously trained at the law firm of Prof. Giovanni Panzarini in Milan, where she focused primarily on corporate and financial markets litigation and arbitration.
She serves on the boards of listed and privately held companies, including as independent director, and has authored publications on corporate law, startups and early-stage investments.
